The students of grade 4 start working on a new iEARN project "The Teddy Bear Project".This project is designed to fostering tolerance, understanding - and to assist in the break down of cultural barriers. Our partners are the 4 graders of Village Charter School in Trenton, New Jersey, USA and their teacher Deanne McBeath. Today we have sent our friend called Tarasyk, the winner of our class quiz show "The Expert in English". We made a passport for him and some toys to share them with his new friends. Hope Tarasyk will feel at home and enjoy staying in Trenton... |
Now when our school is a member of iEARN, we start working on the project devoted to the international Earth Day (April,22). iEARN is a community of educators and learners making a difference as part of the educational process, an organisation giving an opportunity to apply knowledge in service-learning projects. |
